7 STEP SUPER FACIAL

Use the Skintruth® range to create the ultimate super facial.

The perfect facial should leave you relaxed, balanced and revitalised; using a combination of premium natural ingredients, then Skintruth® range will do just that. Starting with gently cleansing the face and finishing with moisturising the complexion to seal the facial benefits and protect the skin. This facial will contribute to improvement of skin texture, reduced impurities and a radiant, healthy glow.

 

Step 1 Pre Cleanse

Cleanse eyes and lips with damp cotton wool and Skintruth® Eye Make-up Remover.

 

Step 2 Cleanse

Initial cleanse of face and neck with damp muslin cloth and Skintruth® Facial Wash.

 

Step 3 Exfoliate

Massage Skintruth® Gentle Facial Exfoliator lightly across face and tissue off.

 

Step 4 Mask

Depending on the client’s skin type, apply either Skintruth® Nourishing Mask, Equalising Mask or Soothing Mask to face to boost the complexion. Remove mask using damp muslin cloth.

 

Step 5 Eye

Apply Skintruth® Enriching Eye Serum to the eye area.

 

Step 6 Boost

Apply Skintruth® Velvet Soft Facial Serum for maximum benefit.

 

Step 7 Moisturising

Apply moisturiser to face and neck using skin specific Skintruth® Moisturiser.

 

WHILE YOU WAIT

Apply Skintruth® Rich Massage Cream to arms and legs so the whole body feels pampered. Don’t forget the hands and feet too.

 

 

10 STEP MANICURE TREATMENT

The Skintruth® range can combine to create the softest of manicures.

Our 10 Step Manicure Treatment combines an extensive range to create the ultimate manicure. A fusion of Orange Blossom and Rosemary leaves the hands invigorated and soothed. Perfecting nails and then moving on to working skin into a smooth and supple goal, this manicure range can re-hydrate tired, worn hands and reveal youthful and glowing skin ready for polish.

 

Step 1

Starting with the left hand, remove nail polish and surface grease/grime with either Skintruth® Acetone, Non Acetone or Oily Nail Polish Remover.

 

Step 2

Cut nails to shape if required and file with the pale side of an emery board.

 

Step 3

Apply Skintruth® Nail Buffing Cream, buff each nail with a chamois buffer.

 

Step 4

Apply Skintruth® Cuticle Massage Cream to each finger.

 

Step 5

Place hand in warm water and Skintruth® Revitalising Hand Soak. Repeat first five steps on right hand.

 

Step 6

Remove left hand from water, dry and apply Skintruth® Refining Hand Scrub.

 

Step 7

 

Apply Skintruth® Creamy Cuticle Remover to each finger, gently push back the cuticle and remove any dead skin with a cotton-wool covered manicure stick. Repeat steps 6 and 7 on right hand.

 

Step 8

Apply Skintruth® Nourishing Hand Lotion and massage both hands and lower arms. As an alternative, Skintruth® Replenishing Hand Mask can be applied at this stage and the residue used to massage the hands.

 

Step 9

Wipe down each nail with warm water.

 

Step 10

Ensure each nail is clean by wiping with Skintruth® Acetone, Non Acetone or Oily Nail Polish Remover to remove any oil from the nail plate. Nail enamel can then be applied as per product descriptions.

 

 

10 STEP PEDICURE TREATMENT

Pamper tired feet using the Skintruth® Pedicure system.

Blending essential oils, plant extracts, and Tea Tree Oil this range will soothe, cool and revitalise feet. Follow our Pedi Treatment to give the ultimate relaxation treatment leaving feet revitalised and brought back to life.

 

Step 1

Spray both feet with Skintruth® Hygiene Spray.

 

Step 2

Starting with the left foot, remove nail polish and surface grease/grime with Skintruth® Oily Nail Polish Remover, Acetone or Non Acetone.

 

Step 3

Cut nails to shape if required and file nails with a dark side of an emery board.

 

Step 4

Apply Skintruth® Cuticle Massage Cream to each toe.

 

Step 5

Place foot in warm water with Skintruth® Foot Soak or Non Foaming Foot Soak to soak. Repeat first five steps on right foot.

 

Step 6

Remove left foot from water, dry and apply Skintruth® Foot Scrub if required. Massage foot, toes, cuticles and if required knees. Rinse off with warm water.

 

Step 7

Apply Skintruth® Creamy Cuticle Remover to each toe, gently push back the cuticle and remove any dead skin with a cotton-wool covered manicure stick. Repeat steps 6 and 7 on right foot.

 

Step 8

Apply Skintruth® Foot and Leg Lotion and massage both feet and lower legs. As an alternative, Skintruth® Foot Masque can be applied at this stage and the residue used to massage the feet.

 

Step 9

Wipe down each nail with warm water.

 

Step 10

Ensure each nail is clean by wiping with Skintruth® Acetone, Non Acetone or Oily Nail Polish Remover to remove any oil from the nail plate.

• Sandalwood Essential Oil is known for its rich woody and warm aroma. Excellent for the treatment of sleeplessness.
• Jojoba Essential Oil, high in natural oils helps soothe damaged and irritated skin. Particularly useful for nourishing dry and mature skin types.
